Swallows Nest Country Cottages Centrally situated in picturesque Storms River Village. Close to all local and nearby attractions, restaurants and activities in the heart of the Tsitsikamma. Swallows Nest Stormsriver Cottages offers seven individually designed spacious and upmarket cottages. With rustic interior varnished face-brick walls with high open-beamed wooden ceilings.
Modern hot pot fire places are installed in the rooms for comfort in the colder season.
Set in a restful garden setting all cottages offer spacious en-suite bathrooms with showers and baths. As well as furnished patios with private BBQ’s/braais overlooking the scenic garden with fully-grown oak trees, an inviting swimming-pool. Stunning Tsitsikamma Mountain views. Free Wi-Fi is available in each chalet and we offer safe on-site parking.
The chalets vary in size and accommodate from 2 – 3 persons or up to 6 persons in the various chalets. Which are suitable for honeymooners, small families, a larger family or groups of friends. French doors opening onto the patio makes sure the cottages are light and airy. Children of all ages are welcome and we can supply a camp cot or child’s bed on request.

We do offer guests the choice of self-catering or bed and breakfast and present a full English breakfast. With all the accompanying toppings and trimmings in our attractive dining-room or on the garden patio. To enjoy the garden and the Stormsriver Peak. All the chalets are comfortably furnished with lounge suites, coloured TV’s with select DSTV channels. Safes, fridge/freezers, microwave ovens, a four-plate electric hob, kettle, toaster, heaters and fans. Hair dryers and electric blankets for those chilly nights. The chalets have tea/coffee trays, limited toiletries and a mini-bar (on request).

Hyacinth Cottage is spacious and fully furnished with a lounge-suite, dining-room suite, flat-screen coloured T.V. And is fully equipped for self-catering purposes with a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, a small plate with oven. A kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and fire place & aircon. Linen and towels are supplied with an electric blanket to keep you comfortable on those chilly nights.
