Gamagara Africa Private Nature Reserve spans over 39 000 acres and gives you a unique feel of the bushveld in the beauty of the Kalahari.

Gamagara Africa Private Nature Reserve is situated in the heart of the Kalahari, just 9km outside of a small town called Dibeng. With the luxury of having the Sishen Airport just 30km away, our guests can fly directly from OR Tambo International Airport where we will be ready to give them a warm welcome.

The Game Reserve has a very unique variety of vegetation with a wide range of veld types to create a rich biodiversity, which provide suitable habitats for a variety of fauna and flora.

Gamagara Africa Accommodation

Gamagara Africa Bush Retreat boast 12 air-conditioned Luxury Double Rooms as well as 5 private, air-conditioned, luxurious Rondawels.

The Gamagara Africa Bush Retreat accommodates no more than 34 guests at any one time to ensure a truly intimate Kalahari experience. The 6 Self-Catering Cottages can accommodate 24 adults in total and The Eco Lodge caters for 12 Adults.

All the rooms and lodge area have access to Free Wireless Internet.

As our main focus is to ensure our guests peace and tranquility, we do not have TV’s in our rooms.

We have 5 Luxury Rondawels that are very private. All Rondavels are individually decorated and strike with their African 4 posted Beds.

Gamagara Safari Lodge boasts 12 Air-Conditioned Luxury Double Rooms, all being en- suite. You have an option between Pool Facing or Garden Facing Rooms.

6 x Self-catering units, each sleeps 4 adults and consists of the following:
2 x Bedrooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Bathroom, Front Porch, Outside Braai
(Also available for long terms stay at a discounted rate)

The Eco-Lodge can only be booked as one whole. The Lodge Sleeps 8 adults but has room for two children as well. The main house has a spectacular Lounge with its beehive fireplace and an African dining room. Also enjoy a private pool and Lapa.

We do have a lovely swimming pool to cool down in after a hot day in the Northern Cape heat.
